Khloe is excited to be 'back in business' and updates her personal website and app with a new video showing some workout tips to her fans while Lamar remains hospitalized.

AceShowbiz - Khloe Kardashian is happy to be "back in business" while Lamar Odom remains hospitalized. The 31-year-old reality TV star posted on her personal website and app on Tuesday, October 27 a new video showing some workout tips to her fans.
The video showed the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star working out with her personal trainer Gunnar Peterson. Khloe wore tight black sportswear while putting her hair into ponytail. While the reality TV star was working out, the fitness guru explained to the camera an effective way to get body shape like hers.
"So cardio intervals, something that's gonna bump your heart rate up in between your strength training movements," Gunnar said while walking on a treadmill. "Whether it's walking on here, running on here, working laterally on here. Anything that's going to get my heart rate up from 30, 60 to 120 seconds and then right back to my strength training."
However, the workout tips weren't for people who wanted to bulk up. "For someone who's looking to strip body fat, and enhance and show and showcase the muscles that you've worked so hard on with your strength training, this is the way that I would do it," he said.
On the same day, Khloe tweeted, "Just pushed an app update to help with livestreams. Make sure to download so you see everything! SO happy we're back in business :)."
According to HollywoodLife, it was Lamar who asked her to leave him and do some workout. "Khloe wasn't rushing to leave Lamar's bedside. She would have still been there if both Lamar and doctors hadn't told her it was best she get out, exercise and have some Khloe time," an insider told the website. "Lamar's so grateful to be alive and breathing. That's why he's encouraging her to get out of the hospital and recharge her batteries."
