The 'Fast and Furious' star is rumored to play Blackagar Boltagon, a character whose voice can cause massive destructions, in the upcoming Marvel movie.

Vin Diesel is obviously a high-in-demand actor. Besides involved in "The Last Witch Hunter", "Fast and Furious 8" and "XXX: The Return of Xander Cage", he is attached to star in "Inhumans" and he is reported to portray Black Bolt.
In an interview with io9, Diesel said that he's up for the role that didn't need his voice. Following Diesel's statement, people were quick to guess that the character would be Black Bold. "I can totally be something [else] with Marvel," Diesel said. "I think playing that role only makes Marvel that much more excited and me having my experience with Marvel, seeing how great they were, makes me more excited. We've heard a lot of talk about Marvel wanting to have me play a character that doesn't have my voice. So my voice is used for Groot and my presence is used for the other character."
In the comic books, Black Bolt a.k.a. Blackagar Boltagon is the ruler of the Inhumans. He has an ability to unleash great destructive power through the use of his voice. Thus, he chooses to remain silent for most of the time.
"Inhumans" is scheduled to be released in U.S. theaters on July 19, 2019. However, there was a rumor that "Inhumans" might actually be canceled due to a conflict between Marvel's movie and TV divisions. It is not clear whether the movie will still happen as there is no official confirmation from both sides.
