From the look of the preview, Regina will take center stage in next week's episode as the one who can solve Storybrooke's problem.

AceShowbiz - "Once Upon a Time" officially kicked off the fifth season on Sunday, September 27 to answer some burning questions including Emma's fate. Next week, the episode will focus on Regina a.k.a. the former Evil Queen who must pay "The Price".
When vengeance descends, an evil queen must conjure her most startling transformation ever. Now that Emma is the one in the dark place, it seems like Regina is the only hope to change Storybrooke. "The Price" will air Sunday, October 4 on ABC.
The fifth season centers on the quest to find Merlin and how the fairy tale characters like Snow White, Prince Charming, the Evil Queen, Hook, Rumplestiltskin cope with Emma Swan's new role as the Dark One.
The premiere episode [Spoiler Alert] picked up shortly after the events in the fourth season finale when Emma was on the verge of turning into the new Dark One. The episode also introduced new characters such as King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table as well as Merida from "Brave".
