Janet Jackson is no longer slated to perform at the upcoming iHeartRadio Festival. Her rep has told Billboard that the diva was forced to scrap her appearance at the event scheduled to take place in Las Vegas this weekend because of "ear issue" that prevented her from flying.

Jackson isn't the only act in the festival's line-up to have their set canceled due to health problem. Earlier this month, The Who pulled out of the fest as frontman Roger Daltrey recuperated from what was recently revealed to be viral meningitis.

Fortunately, the dates on Jackson's "Unbreakable" world tour don't seem to be affected by her ear problem. Recently, the 49-year-old superstar even added a third North American leg which will start in 2016.

In between her shows, Jackson has been putting the finishing touches on her comeback album "Unbreakable". The LP, marking her first in seven years, is due out on October 2 via Rhythm Nation/BMG.
