A few weeks ago, OMI finally followed up his smashing hit "Cheerleader" with another catchy single called "Hula Hoop". The Jamaican singer then returned on Wednesday, September 16 with the latter tune's official music video.
Shot in Miami last month, the new visuals is a perfect companion for the tropical-flavored track. OMI is seen auditioning some girls to be in his music video, hanging out with bikini-clad babes poolside and dancing around his mansion with three ladies wearing carnival outfits and huge headdresses.
"Hula Hoop" is set to appear on OMI's upcoming debut album "ME 4 U" which is due out on October 16 via Ultra/ Louder Than Life/ Oufah Music/ Columbia Records. Leading the LP is "Cheerleader" which peaked at No. 1 on Billboard Hot 100.
The song was actually released in 2012 and became a worldwide commercial success after its remix by German DJ/Producer Felix Jaehn came out in 2014.
