AceShowbiz - Mulan is back on "Once Upon a Time" this season. Executive producer Adam Horowitz has announced via Twitter that Jamie Chung will reprise her role as the Chinese warrior in the upcoming season 5.

"Hey #Oncers, look who's back! Thrilled to welcome @jamiechung1 back to #OnceUponATime season 5! #Mulan," so he wrote. He also hinted that Mulan would appear in both halves of the season, possibly including the seventh episode title "Nimue", which means "Lady of the Lake", the name of the episode Mulan appeared in during season 2.

Mulan was last seen joining Robin Hood (Sean Maguire) and his band of Merry Men after he learnt that the love of his life Princess Aurora (Sarah Bolger) was pregnant with Prince Phillip's (Julian Morris) baby.

Chung had previously expressed her interest to return to the show, telling E! News, "Are you kidding me? I think it would be really disappointing to leave the audience with this giant question mark. I would go back in a heartbeat."

"Once Upon a Time" season 5 will also feature Merida (Amy Manson) and King Arthur (Liam Garrigan), as well as bring back Lancelot (Sinqua Walls). The new season premieres Sunday, September 27 at 8 P.M. ET on ABC.
