An On-the-Spot Drug Test Could Ruin Chris Brown's Custody Win

Chris has been ordered by the judge to submit his hair and urine samples for a drug test, which results could possibly affect his custody over daughter Royalty.

AceShowbiz - Chris Brown won joint custody of her daughter Royalty, whom he has with his former fling Nia Guzman, during a court hearing last week. Unfortunately, the custody win could be ruined by the result of an on-the-spot drug test that the judge ordered him to undergo during the hearing.

The on-the spot drug test, as reported by TMZ, was ordered by the judge after being suggested by Nia's lawyer. Chris has submitted hair and urine samples for drug tests.

"The judge didn't say what he would do if the tests came back positive for drugs ... it would obviously depend in part what type of drugs, if any, were present in his system," TMZ reported. Moreover, the site claimed after being informed by Nia's sources that "Chris' custody win had strings attached ... his mom must be present when he has physical custody of his 1-year-old."

Notwithstanding their joint custody, Chris and Nia must go into mediation in 12 days to hopefully agree on a long-term custody and support agreement. Should they can't, the 4-day rotation will continue and a full-blown trial will be scheduled.
