The Canadian pop star surprises patrons at a popular bar when he plays the drums along with a local band called Bonafide.

AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber recently showed up at an Indiana bar and treated the crowd to a spontaneous drum set. He surprised the patrons at a popular bar and music spot called The Venue in Angola on Friday, September 4 by playing the drums with Bonafide, the cover band scheduled to play.

His performance was captured in a video which has now landed online. The bar's Twitter account reacted to Bieber's appearance by posting, "SHUT THE FRONT DOOR, We can't take anymore, Justin Bieber in the house on Drums!!! WHAT!!!!"

One band member, Heidi Herber, said that Bieber was just playing an arcade game when someone recognized him. Things quickly turned into a frenzy. Herber told WANE, "It was a social media frenzy. The phones started to come out. Social media is extremely powerful."

That's when the "Heartbreaker" singer asked the band if he could join them onstage. "He just looked like a normal kid in the bar, except for the hat and hoodie," Herber added of Bieber. "We had no idea [he was going to be there], in fact, he was one of the first people in bar."

Fans began to take pictures with the 21-year-old star. The bar ended up having to stop letting patrons into the bar and the police were called for extra security. The Canadian pop star was reportedly in the small city visiting his friend Rory Kramer.
