A man who attempted to trade a pair of Adidas' limited-edition Yeezy Boosts for a kidney has got Kanye West's attention. According to TMZ, the rapper and his wife Kim Kardashian promise to give the man a new pair of Kanye fancy footwears if the exchange does happen.
The man named Matt Neal recently posted on Facebook, "People are always joking that they would give a kidney for a pair of yeezy's!! Well here's your chance, I'm 26 with 2 failing kidneys. Blood type: B+. S/O is a kidney that has been abused by being a hype beast. BIN: One working kidney from a true sneaker head."

Since his plea made headlines, many have offered to donate a kidney for free since it's illegal for anyone to receive money or merchandise in return for an organ. "I've been in tears twice now because all the love and support that I'm getting from random strangers!!" Neal later wrote on Facebook.
Kanye West recently debuted his latest collection of Yeezy sneakers. The limited-edition shoes were sold out shortly after they were released, causing fans into frenzy.
