The Weeknd's new album is already on the horizon. The Canadian singer has just announced that he's releasing his highly-anticipated sophomore effort, which will be called "Beauty Behind the Madness", on Friday, August 28.

The Weeknd has also shared the official cover art for the album via Twitter. In the caption of the black-and-white artwork featuring a torn-up photo of him, he told his fans that the official pre-order would be available soon.

"Beauty Behind the Madness" is the R&B singer's first full-length since his acclaimed 2013 set "Kiss Land" which debuted at No. 2 on Billboard 200.

According to a now-removed pre-order page on iTunes, the upcoming LP will have 14 songs including the previously-released songs "Often", "The Hills" and "Can't Feel My Face". The latter title has so far peaked at No. 6 on Billboard Hot 100.
