Kim threatened to sue Los Angeles paparazzi agency X17 after they hawked alleged naked pool pictures that were taken from a helicopter flying over her Hidden Hills home.

Although Kim Kardashian is fond of showing off her scantily-clad body in social media pictures, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star is enraged when people take her photos without permission. The pregnant reality star threatened to sue Los Angeles-based paparazzi agency X17 for taking several alleged nude snaps while she was relaxing by her pool.
According to a legal letter sent by Kim's attorney Marty Singer to the agency and was obtained by TMZ, the alleged naked pictures were illegally taken using a telephoto lens from a helicopter hovering over Kim's Hidden Hills home.
In the intrusive images, Kim is supposedly lounging by her pool while wearing nothing. However, Singer said that the agency lied. At that time, Kim was actually sporting blue two-piece and immediately grabbed a towel to cover up when she saw the chopper.
Kim demanded in the letter that X17 removed the supposed naked photos from their website. She also warned the agency if they tried to sell the pictures to other news outlets, Kim would take them to court for invasion of privacy.
Kim's legal action threat seemingly worked well as the agency had removed the photos from its website.
Kim issued the warning seemingly after she celebrated America's Independence Day by posting on Saturday a snap of herself wearing a sexy patriotic red-white-blue ensemble.
Later in the night, she continued the celebration by inviting her husband Kanye West and their daughter North West to a nighttime tour around New York City on a yacht. The trio enjoyed annual fireworks show hosted by Macy's during the fun time.
