Tom Hanks' son Chet Haze is reportedly in trouble with the law across the pond. The 24-year-old wannabe rapper whose real name is Chester Hanks is hunted by British cops for allegedly destroying the hotel room where he recently stayed in London.
According to the Mirror, Chet caused $2,000 worth of damage at the Arora International hotel. A television had been ripped off the wall and glass was shattered all over the floor. He reportedly also disturbed other guests for being so "loud."
The aspiring rapper got crazy after returning from a booze-binged outing at a nightclub nearby. He "was pretty obnoxious once he started drinking at the club," a source claimed. "He kept saying 'Do you know who I am?' "
Chet denies the accusation, calling it "a slanderous bold-faced lie." In a text to the Mirror, he threatens the "full force of my legal team."
Last November, Chet Haze told his online followers that he had been sober after struggling with substance addiction since he was 16. "Finally at the age of 24 I decided to get some help," he said. "With 50 days of sobriety under my belt, I can honestly say I'm the happiest I've ever been."
He recently came under fire for using N-word. In response, he cited free speech and insisted that he meant "no disrespect to the struggle of black ppl during the civil rights movement."
