The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star agrees with the victim's stepchildren that the fatal accident was 'a terrible tragedy' but insists that it does not give them the right to his money.

Bruce Jenner responds to the wrongful death lawsuit filed by the stepchildren of Kimberly Howe, the 69-year-old woman who died in a Malibu car accident involving him. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star has filed request to dismiss the lawsuit.
In the suit, the stepchildren, William Howe, 57, and Dana Redmond, 60, said Kim's death had caused them to suffer lost "love, affection, support, comfort, society, financial support and more." They're seeking for damages in excess of $25,000 to be proven at trial.
Calling the accident "a terrible tragedy," Bruce argues that William and Dana are "financially independent and successful ... living and working and residing out-of-state for decades, who do not and cannot allege that they are financially dependent upon their stepmother for the necessities of life."
