Warner Bros. released the first full trailer for "The Gallows" on Thursday, May 21, via MTV. The horror movie centers on the adventure of high school students who want to unveil the mystery which happened during a high school play years ago.

The trailer features some high school students who are very curious about Charlie, a student from another school in the same town who died 20 years ago. They want to unveil the mystery of Charlies' death by sneaking around backstage where Charlie performed the deadly play. Things get spooky when they find a recording which explains that Charlie really existed. "He's real," one of the students says.

They are locked in the building and they start to get picked off and killed one by one after one of them calls Charlie's name. "You shouldn't say that name," someone says in voiceover.

Directed by Chris Lofing, the movie is slated for a U.S. release on July 10. It stars a series of newcomers using their own names. Jason Blum, Travis Cluff, Guymon Casady, Benjamin Forkner, Lofing and Dean Schnider produce the movie while Lofing and Travis Cluff write the script.
