Dr. Oz was giving 'The Good Life' presentation at Florida's The Avenues Mall when the woman collapsed and was unresponsive.

AceShowbiz - Dr. Memet Oz once again gave a spontaneous assistance in medical emergency. The famous surgeon rushed to attend a collapsed woman during his "The Good Life" tour at The Avenues Mall in Florida on Thursday morning, May 21.

According to reports, Dr. Oz was giving a talk in front of hundreds of people when someone on the second floor of the shopping center suddenly screamed, "We need a doctor! We need a doctor! This isn't a joke." The TV doctor quickly jumped over a small wall and raced into stairways to attend the fainted woman.

"By the time I got up there, they had surrounded her," Dr. Oz said. "They witnessed her fall. She fell forward without resisting at all. She didn't just faint slowly, she went out." He took her pulse and listened to her heart with his ear to know if something serious happened to her, but all was normal.

"I didn't hear anything crazy happening there," Dr. Oz explained. "She saw me, she said 'Dr. Oz?' I said, 'Ma'am, you've passed out.' I asked her a couple of questions. 'How old are you? Do you remember what happened?' She has no recollection of what happened."

When the paramedics came, they quickly stabilized her neck and rushed her to the hospital. Her family said that the woman would have a CAT scan to make sure everything was fine. After the medical emergency, Dr. Oz jumped back on the stage and resumed his presentation.

"I was up with this woman for 10-15 minutes. I didn't want to leave her until other medical personnel were there to help out," Dr. Oz said before praising the crowd for patiently waiting. "They were kind enough to wait, so I certainly owed it to them to get them the rest of the presentation."
