Flavor Flav has gotten himself into legal trouble again. The rapper was arrested on early Thursday, May 21 in Las Vegas on allegations of driving under the influence, speeding, possessing less than one ounce of marijuana and having an open container of alcohol.

Loy Hixson, a spokesman of Nevada Highway Patrol, told The Associated press that the star of "The Surreal Love" was pulled over around 12:30 A.M. for going 73 mph in a 45 mph zone as he entered Interstate 15 southwest of McCarran International Airport in his 2005 black BMW. Flavor also had a suspended driver's license and registration.

Flavor was arrested on six misdemeanor charges. His bail was set at $7,000 and local authorities confirmed that the rapper posted bail later in the day. His lawyer declined to comment on his Las Vegas arrest, telling Page Six that the rapper's working to resolve a driving-related case in New York.

Back in January 2014, Flavor was arrested for speeding, driving with a suspended license and carrying a small amount of weed while racing to his mother's funeral in New York. He later pleaded not guilty to the charge, facing up to four years in prison if convicted.

Flavor and Public Enemy are scheduled to perform at the BottleRock Napa Valley Festival on May 29.
