The new song is another preview of the Fun. lead singer's 'Grand Romantic' album that's coming out on June 16.

AceShowbiz - Nate Ruess has previewed his solo music with another new track. The Fun. frontman returned on Monday, April 27 with "AhHa" which will appear on his upcoming solo album "Grand Romantic", due out on June 16 via Fueled by Ramen.

Unlike its predecessor "Nothing Without Love", the newly-debuted song is more upbeat although the lyrics are somewhat darker. "By the time I turned 25/ I was lost among the pavement/ lower than the basement, and I couldn't stand to smile/ I thought of taking my own life, but mama don't cry," Ruess sings. "I found songs among the tragic/ Hung my hat on sadness/ Mom, I think they're trying to keep the grand romantic in me."

To promote "Grand Romantic", which will be his first LP since Fun. released their 2012 debut set "Some Nights", Ruess will be touring Europe and North America starting on May 31 until August 9 .

While Ruess, Jack Antonoff and Andrew Dost are busy with their respective non-Fun. projects, the Grammy-winning band is currently on hiatus. The trio said earlier this year that they'd make music together again when they're inspired to do so.
