Kate Middleton will take maternity leave at the end of March. The Duchess of Cambridge will make her final public appearance on March 27 after finishing three engagements that support opportunities for young people in London.
Kate will be joined by her husband Prince William on her three-day engagements. The royal couple will first visit the Stephen Lawrence Center, a place for "community learning and social research." They will then meet young people at XLP's charity at Christ Church and watch an Arts Showcase presentation by the charity's Art program alumni.
Lastly, Kate and William will visit a community bus and mobile recording studio on the Hazel Grove Estate to meet with a group of youngsters who have been intimately involved with XLP and hear about the issues they have faced.
On Wednesday, March 18, Kate revealed her due date when visiting Brookhill Children's Center in London's Woolwich. Asked by volunteer Christine Osborne about her due date, Kate replied, "I'm due mid-April, to the end of April. Not long to go now."
Christine told reporters, "I couldn't resist asking. It's very exciting - and was wonderful to have her here."
