AceShowbiz - Sarah Michelle Gellar, best known for portraying the title character on "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", transformed into Cinderella of the famous fairy tale and showed off her rap skills in Whitney Avalon's latest "Princess Rap Battle". The actress faced off against Avalon, who played Belle, and got praise from many since the video hit the Internet.
"Another princess in my shadow come to covet my crown. You clowns wanna throw down with the best in a gown?" so read part of the lines that Gellar rapped into. "I'm the legendary story of rags to riches. Rhyme sharper than a needle and I'm giving out stitches. Like a wilting rose you can't step to my flows. These girls are trip pin'- did they cut off their toes? I deserve all the praise for the foot-fetish craze."
Speaking of Gellar's involvement in her latest YouTube Princess Rap Battle series, Avalon told PEOPLE, "Sarah had posted the first Rap Battle on Twitter, so we knew that she had seen it and that she was a fan. So we thought, 'How incredible would it be to put her in this gorgeous gown and have her be Cinderella?' Fortunately, she felt the same way."
There have been four Princess Rap Battle videos that Avalon have created so far, with the one starring Gellar becoming the most popular. "The first one already went pretty seriously viral with 25 million views so far on YouTube and then Sarah signed on and of course that made even more people go, 'What are these Princess Rap Battle things?'" Avalon revealed. "I don't believe Sarah has ever rapped before but she's unbelievably good. She's also a lot of fun, and that's what this is all about at the end of the day."
