It's a decisive moment in Chris Soules' life in "The Bachelor" finale which aired on Monday, March 9. Now down to only two girls, Becca and Whitney, the Prince Farming admitted he still couldn't choose between the two.

He weighed what he found attractive about the girls. "She's beautiful, she's genuine, she's smart and she's able to tell me she loves me," he said of Whitney. As for Becca, he said she's "definitely someone I could see myself spending the rest of my life with."

Then each of the girls met his family. Chris' sister Lori said Whitney "fits in so easily and loves him in a real way." His mom also approved of Whitney, but added that it's Chris' decision to make.

Becca, meanwhile, told Chris' sisters that she's not racing into things. "I'm not going to pick up and move anywhere until I'm sure," she said, and told his mom, "I'm crazy about him but I'm not at the point where I'm in love with him." Chris' dad commented on the two girls, "I think Whitney's a sure thing, but I think Becca's who Chris wants."

Chris had a final date with each of the girls before the final rose ceremony. He tried to find out how Becca felt about him. "I am falling in love with you and I hate the fact that I'm not there yet," she admitted.

He asked, "Can you really see yourself with me?" and she responded she couldn't make a promise when she's ready to move to the farm. Chris kept asking why she's not in love with him yet, but she said, "I don't know. All I know right now is that I want you."

Chris and Whitney met on the farm in Iowa and he gave her a tour of the farm. "This feels like home. It feels perfect," she said of Chris' home. He said, "I am excited about you and what we have. This is the place I feel good about being - with you right here."

As he waited the girls in his barn for the final rose ceremony, he claimed, "I may not propose to anyone today because I'm so torn at this moment." Becca came in first in a red gown. He said, "I know I could see you being my wife. But you're not really ready."

Calling her "an amazing person," he walked her out. Becca said in the limo that she's in a "state of shock" but she didn't cry.

Next, Whitney arrived in a long black dress. "It has all boiled down to right here, right now. ... From the very beginning I've just known. I love you so much," she told Chris, who responded, "I love you. Everything about this moment feels right."

He then got down on one knee, showed her the ring and asked the question, "Will you marry me?" She accepted his proposal and said, "I'm the happiest girl in the entire world." He gave her the final rose.
