A new report regarding "G.I. Joe 3" has emerged, suggesting that fans will see some interesting additions to the follow-up to "G.I. Joe: Retaliation". According to a new report from Film Divider, the movie will feature a pair of twin villains Tomax and Xamot.

Tomax and Xamot, who are identical twins, can feel each other's pain and complete each other's sentence in the original story. They also dress and style their hair identically, mirroring each other. Xamot is the one who has a scar on the face. The pair are also the heads of Cobra's Crimson Guard force besides managing the terrorist organization's business affairs. An actor reportedly is wanted to play both characters.

Another piece of information from the report suggests a crossover. "Matt Trakker will be stepping up onto the big screen. He was the lead character of MASK, or Mobile Armoured Strike Kommand, a Kenner toy line and cartoon from the 80s. ... Trakker joining GI Joe suggests that MASK will be introduced either in this film, set up for a sequel, or possibly be established for their own spin-off. It's easy to see why Hasbro and Paramount would like this idea," read the report.

The second installment in "G.I. Joe" movie franchise features appearances from Channing Tatum, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Bruce Willis among others. Johnson reportedly is set to reprise his role as Roadblock. Director Jon M. Chu is not coming back to the third movie and D.J. Caruso ("Eagle Eye", "Disturbia") was most recently reported to be in contention for the directing gig.
