Two familiar faces on "Sharknado" are set to return for the third installment. Ian Ziering and Tara Reid are confirmed to reprise their roles as Fin and April respectively when the satirical disaster TV movie is back for more mass destruction this July.
Anthony C. Ferrante will return to serve behind the lens for "Sharknado 3" with the script by original writer Thunder Levin. In this threequel, the sharks will wreak havoc in the nation's capital, Washington, D.C., before heading down the Eastern Seaboard.
Fin and April saved Los Angeles in the original film and fought another freak weather system in New York in the follow-up story "Sharknado 2: The Second One". The second movie became Syfy's most-watched original movie with an impressive 3.9 million total viewers.
