AceShowbiz - A dead girl apparently seeks revenge a year after her death in the trailer for Universal's horror movie "Unfriended". The two-and-a-half minute trailer hitting the web on Monday night, January 12 via MTV News sees a group of friend having a fun Skype session, but the chat turns into nightmare after a mystery user joins them.

The trailer starts with a girl named Laura Barns whose wild drunken night antics were filmed and anonymously uploaded online. The girl could not bear online bullying following the emergence of the video and committed suicide. One year later, an unidentified user joins the group's video chat session, threatening the group to reveal who posted the video. "Tell me who posted the video... or someone dies," the message reads.

No one admits to uploading the video online. Then, scary things happen. "This is gonna be fun," says the girl at the end of the trailer.

Directed by Levan Gabriadze, the horror movie stars Shelley Hennig, Renee Olstead, Will Peltz, Courtney Halverson and Jacob Wysocki among others. It is set to haunt U.S. theaters on April 17.
