T-Raww's oft-delayed album, which was originally planned for release earlier this year via Young Money Records, is now scheduled for January 27, 2015.

AceShowbiz - Tyga has set a new release date for "The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty". On Tuesday, December 23, the rapper announced on his website that his oft-delayed LP would finally see the light of day on January 27, 2015. It's now available for pre-order.

The news came just days after he unveiled the album's official cover art. The artwork featuring an eagle made of real gold was designed by Kanye West's creative team DONDA, the same team who worked on the cover of Nicki Minaj's recently-released "The Pinkprint".

"The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty" was executive produced by West. The album is already done and was originally planned for release earlier this year via Young Money Records. After the record label refused to give him the green light to put out the effort, T-Raww vented his frustration in a string of Twitter posts in October. He threatened to leave the label before telling his fans that he'd release the album independently in 2015.

In addition to his solo album, Tyga is now readying a new joint album with frequent collaborator Chris Brown. Titled "Fan of a Fan 2", the sequel to their 2010 joint mixtape "Fan of a Fan" is also scheduled for next year.
