The network has decided to cancel the legal dramedy which just wrapped its fourth season in October.

"Franklin & Bash" won't get any more case to handle. TNT has decided not to order a new season of the legal dramedy which stars Breckin Meyer and Mark-Paul Gosselaar as the title characters Jared Franklin and Peter Bash, who are "unconventional lawyers and lifelong friends."
The fourth and now last season of the show wrapped up in late October. The cancellation hardly comes as a surprise since the series lost almost half of its third season's audience (2.1 million viewers, a 0.6 rating in 18-49 demo) in its fourth season (1.2 million total viewers and a 0.3 rating). The move is also part of TNT's recent push for darker and edgier programming.
Had "Franklin & Bash" got a fifth season, it would have had to find a new leader. The show was left by series co-creator and showrunner Kevin Falls, who moved his television deal from Sony to Twentieth Century Fox Television last summer.
