From Jersey Shore, MTV moves to Alaska to capture the lives of young and free-spirited people who star on its new reality series "Slednecks". A first trailer for the show has been shared, giving a look at a series of adventurous and silly actions they take on the snowy landscape.

This group of "outdoor tough" friends shows how they have fun, throwing a party, snowboarding while getting naked, and swimming on the lake. An encounter with a bear and a brawl are some of the things that cause tension on the show.

The half-hour docu-series gives an inside look at their unique lifestyle where the world can be tougher and more dangerous than anywhere else in the lower 48. Yet these "Sled-necks" make the most of what they have, always making sure they have a good time doing it and maintaining the close bonds they have forged as friends.

The cast includes 22-year-old Jackie, an Inupiat Eskimo, Trevor (24), a self-proclaimed "Fungineer" who builds things out of random junk in order to bring the "fun" to the next level, Kelly (22), a local who continually finds ways to mess up his relationship with his on-again off-again "sassy" girlfriend Sierra (22); Amber, a 22-year-old who has bubbly, loud, and feminine personality, Zeke (22), who is know for his reputation as a "bad ass" and a "player," a carefree Tosca (22), Dylan (22) who dances for work and for laughs, Big Mike (24) who is described as a big teddy bear with a heart of gold, Hali (22) who is known for her honesty, and 19-year-old Samantha, a self-assured single girl who loves attention.

The show will debut with a 90-minute episode on Thursday, October 30 at 10 P.M. on MTV, but the network will make it available earlier, on October 23, on the MTV app on iOS, Android, XBOX One app and Xbox 360 for Xbox Live members in the U.S.
