OneRepublic debuts a music video for "I Lived", the newest single off their 2013 album "Native". Filmed in early September by director Noble Jones, the touching clip focuses on the life of a teenage fan named Bryan Warnecke who has been battling cystic fibrosis for fifteen years.
The five-and-a-half-minute visuals gives glimpses at Warnecke doing things he loves like cycling, skateboarding and playing hockey despite the disease. He also talks about cystic fibrosis and how he deals with it in the clip.
"It feels like I'm breathing through a straw," he says. "Whenever I try to breathe hard it hurts. I want to make the most out of my life and have as much fun as I possibly can and my biggest fear is not being able to do that." At the end of the video, Warnecke is seen among audience at a OneRepublic concert at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado.
