"Girls" isn't returning until 2015 but a look at the upcoming season 4 has been offered in a promo video. The 30-second clip gives a taste at Hannah's life in Iowa. She's is seen riding a bicycle on a beautiful path before crashing. It's later revealed that it's not actress Lena Dunham who falls, but a stunt double.
In season 3 finale, Dunham's Hannah got accepted to the Iowa Writers' Workshop. The show's request to film some scenes of season 4 at the University of Iowa was denied "due to potential disruption to campus." They eventually use the SUNY New Paltz campus for the shooting.
The new season is expected to arrive in early next year. "Community" actress Gillian Jacobs and "Heroes" alum Zachary Quinto are tapped as guest stars.
