"Ouija" trailer is full of horror. It gives a sneak peek at a group of friends who is attempting to make contact with a recently deceased classmate through an Ouija board. They unwittingly awaken a dark and sinister presence in the process and now are desperately trying to close the door they've opened before meeting their own fate.
Directed and co-written by Stiles White, the horror movie stars Douglas Smith, Daren Kagasoff, and Olivia Cooke among others. Co-produced by "Transformers" helmer Michael Bay, the supernatural flick is scheduled to haunt theaters across the country beginning October 24 this year.
The project was originally designed as a potential tentpole which could cost $100 million to produce, but the budget now becomes much smaller with Jason Blum, a shoestring-budget film specialist, sitting among the producers. Directors like McG and Breck Eisner were once linked to the project before it was being scaled down.
