The 12-song album, which serves as the follow-up to 1991's 'Trompe Le Monde', will be released worldwide on April 28 via the band's label PixiesMusic.

AceShowbiz - Pixies' first full-length album in 23 years is currently on the way. Titled "Indie Cindy", the record will feature 12 tracks that originally appear in their September 2013's "EP1", last January's "EP2" and the newly-released "EP3".
The follow-up to 1991's "Trompe Le Monde" will not feature contributions from former bassists Kim Deal and Kim Shattuck, as well as current touring bassist Paz Lenchantin. Instead, members Black Francis, Joey Santiago and David Lovering worked on the album with bassist Simon "Ding" Archer.
Produced by Gil Norton, the LP will arrive in Japan on April 23 before being released worldwide on April 28 via the band's label PixiesMusic.
"We started seriously talking about recording new music about four years ago," drummer Lovering said of his band's new project in a statement to Rolling Stone. "New music seemed like something we just had to do; we just couldn't continue to go out and tour without anything new. So the talk evolved into writing and recording, and we're all very happy with the way everything worked out."
