'Godzilla' New Teaser Trailer Features Bryan Cranston's Dialogue
Movie

The 'Breaking Bad' actor is heard venting his frustration as he is angry that the Godzilla issue is downplayed.

AceShowbiz - "Godzilla" releases new teasers to tide fans over before the upcoming full trailer arrives. One teaser offers Bryan Cranston's dialogue as he is angrily shouting at someone, and the others feature the gigantic monster's roar.

"You're not fooling anybody when you say that what happened was a natural disaster," Cranston is heard in a voiceover. "You're lying! You're hiding something out there! It was not an earthquake, it wasn't a typhoon. This is what caused everything in the first place. Don't you see that! And it is going to send us back to the stone age..."

Described as an epic rebirth to Toho's iconic Godzilla, the film pits the world's most famous monster against malevolent creatures who, bolstered by humanity's scientific arrogance, threaten our very existence.

Cranston plays nuclear physicist Joseph "Joe" Brody, Aaron Johnson portrays his on-screen son Ford, and Elizabeth Olsen is Ford's wife. Directed by Gareth Edwards, it is scheduled to make its way out in theaters across the country on May 16.

Before that, the original Japanese version will debut April 12 at the fifth TCM Classic Film Festival in Hollywood, followed by a national release beginning at New York's Film Forum which runs from April 18-24.
