The SAG Awards ceremony continues handing out its TV honors. Bryan Cranston, who won a Golden Globe for "Breaking Bad" last week, adds the SAG trophy to his shelf after named Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series. The entire cast in the AMC series also won Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series.
Cranston said in his acceptance speech, "I've had so many crappy jobs in my life." Thanking the show's creator Vince Gilligan, he said "I love you, honey", before breaking out into song. This is his second SAG Awards win after taking the same nod last year. "Downton Abbey" star Maggie Smith won Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series but was not on hand to receive her trophy.
Meanwhile, 82-year-old actress Rita Moreno got bleeped out when dropping the F bomb during her acceptance speech for Life Achievement Award. Morgan Freeman, who handed the honor to her, noted that Moreno is one of very few actors to receive EGOT, a winner of an Emmy, a Grammy, an Oscar and Tony award. "I'm so f**king excited," she said after doing a victory lap on the stage.
