A brand new trailer has arrived for "Tarzan (2013)", showing an unexpected sci-fi twist. It reveals the background story of a mysterious energy power left at an ancient meteorite crash deep in the jungle where the King of Jungle is raised by his ape friends since he was a kid.
In a staff meeting at the Greystoke Energies, it's explained that many years ago an extra terrestrial object struck the mountain leaving a tiny piece of stone that "could power the entire East coast for a month." A scene where Tarzan is fighting a huge strange monster is also flashed.
"Immortals" hunk Kellan Lutz voices Tarzan, and "Resident Evil: Afterlife" actress Spencer Locke voices Jane Porter. The film has been released in Germany and Russia and will soon hit theaters in the U.S. and the U.K.
