Malin Akerman and her husband Roberto Zincone apparently have split. According to Us Weekly, the couple has decided to separate but they are not ready to file for divorce yet. Akerman and Zincone have a 7-month-old son, Sebastian.

"It's as amicable as can be, and they want to do what's best for their son," a source said. "Honestly, Malin is not even ready to discuss it. It's a very sad time for her," another unnamed source added.

Akerman met Zincone when the "Rock of Ages" star was a singer in an alternative rock band, The Petalstones, while Zincone was the drummer for the group. The pair got married in 2007. "I really hit the jackpot. Roberto is so accepting and supportive," she once said about her husband. "People would say, 'I'll give the two of you five years.' But it gets better and better every day," she added.

In September 2012, the couple confirmed that they were expecting their first child. "He's so excited. So excited," the Sweden-born star said of the baby news. "We've been together long enough, we've talked about it enough that it just feels really right and we can't wait."

Their bundle of joy, Sebastian, arrived on Tuesday, April 16. "My husband and I welcomed our beautiful, healthy baby boy to this world this morning! Biggest joy of my life!!! #lovemykid," Akerman announced in an excited-sounding Twitter post, adding, "PS and his name is...Sebastian Zincone :))) Love him more than life itself!! #whatafeeling !!!"
