For the umpteenth time, DMX comes face to face with the law. The rapper, who makes more headlines about his crime than his music, was arrested on Monday, November 4 outside South Carolina airport for driving with a suspended license and without a vehicle tag and insurance.

DMX was spotted while driving up the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport by an airport police who was familiar with his criminal records. The officer found out that the rapper did not have a valid license with him and sent him to jail. According to Spartanburg County Detention Center, DMX was booked at 6:27 P.M., and was released a few hours later after posting $1,335 bond.

Less than three months ago, DMX was arrested under suspicions of driving under the influence and driving without a license. According to his representative, "Officers then claimed that they found bags of marijuana in the floorboard and arrested." It was the third driving-related arrest this year, not counting other multiple offenses including weapon charges, animal cruelty and probation violations.

DMX, who also had some movie roles, filed bankruptcy in July. He was plagued with debts including child support up to $1.2 million. On Friday, November 1, DMX's lawyer Joel Shafferman said the rapper "is committed to fulfilling his obligations as a debtor in possession and successfully reorganizing under Chapter 11."
