Stefan falls for Elena again and she makes no attempt to stop him from making advances, while Damon rages at something Jeremy tells him.

"The Vampire Diaries" is once again playing with the Stefan-Elena-Damon love triangle. Now that Stefan lost his memory, he and Elena are rekindling their spark. A sneak peek to an upcoming episode sees the two sealing their reunion with a kiss as Qetsiyah says that destiny has been trying to keep the doppelgangers together.
Damon is enraged by something that Jeremy says, perhaps because Jeremy makes a startling confession that hits Damon hard. In another scene, Damon throws a car, which he drives and Stefan is in, into a spin and causes it to flip over the road.
In "For Whom the Bell Tolls" which will air Thursday, October 24 at 8/7c on The CW, while Mystic Falls observes its traditional Remembrance Day to honor the dead, Damon and Elena try to help Stefan through a confusing time, a task that ends up taking Elena on an emotional journey of her own.
A worried Matt tries to figure out the reason behind his mysterious blackouts, and Caroline makes an effort to get to know Jesse (guest star Kendrick Sampson) better. Finally, Dr. Maxfield (guest star Rick Cosnett) puts a plan in motion that will change everything.
