Former MTV veejay Damien Fahey and Grasie Mercedes are officially husband and wife. According to Us Weekly, the couple tied the knot on Friday, June 28 at the Maravilla Gardens in Camarillo, California.
The bride, who currently serves as on-air expert of MTV's "Girl, Get Your Mind Right" and a fashion blogger, wore a beautiful Sarah Seven wedding dress and a pair of Valentino heels. Her husband, a Hulu's "The Morning After" host and radio VJ, looked dashing in a black suit.
Damien and Grasie's wedding was officiated by another former MTV VJ, Dave Holmes. They celebrated the union with friends and family, including Johnny Knoxville, "Breaking Bad" star Matt Jones and "Bridesmaids" actress Kali Hawk.
The couple met ten years ago and started dating five years later after they started chatting on MySpace. "Just before I moved to LA to act and host, I was a producer at MTV, while he was a VJ. I thought he was cute then, but it wasn't until five years later when he contacted me on MySpace, that we start dating!" Grasie said.
Damien added, "Grasie and I are now part of the long list of couples that married after meeting at MTV years ago. We're excited to begin spending our lives together in silence while constantly staring at our iPhones."
