Kendall reveals how hard it is to build a career of your own in modeling world when your family name precedes you.

Kendall Jenner shows off her natural beauty for V Magazine. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star poses in front of a plain backdrop and ditches makeup as she's wearing a gray tank top and black spandex that she amps up with a pair of gold boots.
The 17-year-old brunette says some people don't take her very seriously since, which is frustrating because modeling is truly her passion. She explains, "When I started off, I was way more of a personality in modeling and it wasn't like, what I wanted to be exactly."
When asked if she would give up TV life to become a full-time model, the teen replies, "I've never gotten that question before. . . Um, yeah. Probably." She adds, "I want to be more high fashion; I want to be more editorial, but hopefully I'll just prove myself."
Although she's no stranger to cameras following her on daily basis, she still prefers a quiet life. "I've been trying to keep it low key when I have been here, I haven't been recognized much," she dishes on. "Taking a lot of taxi cabs, wearing sunglasses. When I'm here with my family, everybody knows which hotel we're staying at. It's a little bit crazier."
