T-Pain didn't bother to buy Kanye West gifts to congratulate him on fatherhood despite the fact that they're good buddies. At the premiere of "Kevin Hart: Let Me Explain" in Los Angeles, he explains to Us Weekly of his no-gift decision for Yeezy.

"Kanye is much richer than me so I'm not even going to try [getting him and Kim Kardashian a gift]," the Auto-Tune rapper reasons. "Kanye has no couth when it comes to things like that, so when you bring him something, he'd be like, 'What the f**k is this?' "

"You don't want to be that person because he'll make a big scene about that," T-Pain continues. "You don't want that." The rapper jokingly says that the new dad would likely buy his newborn daughter over-the-top presents like "some golden shoes, some golden booties."

Kanye made his first public appearance Thursday, June 27 since Kim Kardashian gave birth two weeks ago. He went out on a movie outing with Kris Jenner, while his baby mama continued to stay at home with their daughter after leaving hospital.

Bruce Jenner reportedly moved out of the family's home to avoid disturbing baby North West. Rumor suggested Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner also joined the summer with their father as Kim and Kanye were embracing parenthood with the help of Kris.
