An unidentified actress standing next to Jennifer Lawrence on the film's Montreal set bears striking resemblance to Misty Knight, the longtime supporting character in 'X-Men' comics.

A batch of images, courtesy of Fan-Girl.org, from the Montreal set of "X-Men: Days of Future Past" ignites rumor of an unannounced arrival of a superhero. While Jennifer Lawrence is seen in full make-up as blue-skinned Mystique, an unidentified actress standing next to Lawrence closely resembles Misty Knight with her afro wig and vintage clothes.
First mentioned in "Marvel Premiere" #20, Misty Knight is the bionically enhanced black female detective with martial arts skills. A longtime supporting character, Knight was once Jean Grey's roommate in the "X-Men" comics. So far, Knight has only made a small-screen appearance on "The Super Hero Squad Show".
As of now, it is still unknown whether Misty Knight is indeed featured in the upcoming film from Bryan Singer or not.
"Days of Future Past" will be based on Uncanny X-Men #141 and 142 back in 1981 during Chris Claremont and John Byrne's run. The story introduced the idea of an alternate future for the Marvel mutants that grew out of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants killing an important senator, leading to a future where all mutants are hunted by Sentinels.
James McAvoy and Halle Berry are among those who support "Days of Future Past", which is slated to be released on July 18, 2014 in the U.S.
