Adrienne Maloof had a wardrobe malfunction as she left the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood, California after having a dinner date with boyfriend Sean Stewart on Saturday, June 1. Donning black shorts and leather jacket, Malloof was wearing no bra under a black sheer top which bared her cleavage.

When the top was pulled to one side, the 51-year-old reality TV star accidentally flashed her nipple. When the embarrassing incident happened, Maloof didn't seem to notice it. Her younger boyfriend was already a few steps ahead of her and didn't notice it either.

Maloof and Stewart recently rekindled their romance. Maloof began dating the son of Rod Stewart early this year, shorty after she's officially divorced from former husband, Dr. Paul Nassif. They remained good friends after splitting back in March.

Also in March, Maloof, who found fame on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills", announced that she would no longer appear on the Bravo reality show. The mother of three confirmed her exit, tweeting, "To my loyal fans. . . It was time to exit RHOBH. The show served as a wonderful platform, stay tuned!"
