The first TV spot for M. Night Shyamalan's upcoming film "After Earth" has been unleashed on the web. Similar to the first trailer, the short clip previews Jaden Smith in the longtime-abandoned Earth that is an absolute chaos. Dangerous creatures that Jaden will encounter in the planet are teased in the newly-released video.

Having no idea what an Earth looks like, Jaden later discovers the answer as he explores the planet. The young boy faces many untamed animals that chase and try to harm him. The preview also unveils a glimpse of a huge, scary black creature standing right in front of the teen, who has to overcome his fear to save himself and his estranged father from any threat.

"After Earth" is set 1.000 years into the future. It revolves around a young boy who navigates an abandoned and sometimes scary Earth to save himself and his estranged father after their ship crashes.

Previously titled "1000 A.E.", the film is penned by Shyamalan and Gary Whitta. Real-life father and son Will Smith and Jaden are tapped to play Cypher and Kitai Raige. Joining them in the cast ensemble are Zoe Kravitz, Sophie Okonedo, Isabelle Fuhrman, and Sacha Dhawan.

The adventure film is ready to hit U.S. theaters on June 7.
