New year means a new chance at love for a single lady like Mindy Lahiri. A promo for 2013 episodes of "The Mindy Project" shows that the titular character finds herself a new man after breaking up with Josh at Christmas party.
"We are going to have sex, just so you know," Mindy's new love interest tells her in an elevator, prompting the eager girl to make a move and try to kiss him right at the moment. "Not now...in an elevator," the guy says.
The snippet also features Mindy getting advice from a fellow doctor to enhance her look, and the OB/GYN having an awkward moment when she takes an aerobic class for the first time.
"The Mindy Project" will return Tuesday, January 8 at 9:30/8:30c on FOX with an episode titled "Mindy's Brother". In it, Mindy's brother visits her from college and tells her that he wants to drop out and start a rap career, immediately causing Mindy to panic.
