Justin Bieber Scores Biggest Debut in 2012 With 'Believe', Announces Next Single

At almost the same time his third album is revealed to bow at No. 1 on Billboard 200, it is confirmed that 'As As Long as You Love Me' will be released as the official follow-up to 'Boyfriend'.

AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber's "Believe" officially nabs the top spot on Billboard 200. According to Nielsen SoundScan, the third studio installment of the Canadian artist has sold 374,000 in its first week, marking the biggest debut in 2012.

With such number, "Believe" surpasses Madonna's "MDNA" which bowed at No. 1 on the chart with 359,000 in March. Additionally, it posts a personal best sales week for the Biebs, topping the number that his debut studio album "My World 2.0" scanned in its second week (291,000) back in April 2010.

The rest of the top 10 albums on Billboard chart will be announced Wednesday, June 27 morning.

In another news, Island Def Jam has confirmed "As As Long as You Love Me" as the second single off Bieber's latest album. A follow-up to hit single "Boyfriend", the Big Sean-assisted song will be released to radio on July 9.
