Nose is not the only thing new to "The Hunger Games" star Josh Hutcherson. The 19-year-old actor has bought a $3 million mansion in Hollywood Hills, a property which previously belonged to stars such as Ellen DeGeneres and the late Heath Ledger.

Dubbed Tree House, the 2,000-square-foot-plus house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an outdoor living area of 2,500 square feet containing a movie lounge and barbecue space. It was built in 1951 featuring glass walls, polished concrete floors, an office, beamed ceilings and video security.

DeGeneres sold the house to Ledger and his then girlfriend Michelle Williams in 2005. The house was listed last September for $2.995 million, but it is unknown whether Hutcherson paid a full price.

Hutcherson also fixed his broken nose last week. His representative said the actor was diagnosed with deviated septum.
