Bobby Brown and long-time girlfriend Alicia Etheridge will get married next month on the weekend of June 15. The couple, who has had one son aged 3, will hold the nuptials in Hawaii where his band New Edition are booked to perform in Honolulu.

According to TMZ, Brown will fly out some of his family members and friends to witness the ceremony he has called his "big day". Brown and Etheridge have been engaged for two years now. He confirmed a wedding will take place in June recently when doing an interview with "Today" to talk about ex-wife Whitney Houston.

"I truly, genuinely loved that woman," he said of Houston. "And I still love her today, um, even though I'm getting married sometime soon. My fiance knows how I felt about that woman. My kids know how I feel, how I felt about Whitney. It's no secret, you know? I was in love with her, deeply."

Houston passed away in February just before the Grammy Awards was due to take place. She and Brown have one teenage daughter, Bobbi Kristina.
