A day before turning 36, the 'Melissa and Joey' star takes to her Twitter account to show off her baby bump as she posts a picture of her husband and two sons holding her growing belly.

Another baby is on the way for Melissa Joan Hart. On the eve of her 36th birthday, the former leading lady of 90's TV series "Sabrina, the Teenage Witch" announced that she and husband Mark Wilkerson are expecting their third child together. She tweeted on Tuesday, April 17, "(Early) Happy Birthday to me! And baby makes 3!"
Along with the tweet, the "Melissa & Joey" star posted a photo of her being flanked by her 35-year-old husband and her two sons, 6-year-old Mason and 4-year-old Braydon. All three rest their hands on her growing baby bump. She, however, didn't disclose how far along she is into her third pregnancy or when she is due to give birth.
Since sharing the baby news, Hart has been showered with congratulatory messages from her fans. In response, the former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant wrote on her Twitter account, "Thanks to all of you for the love about my big news!( PS don't believe reports that say 'confirmed' unless it's from the source or a rep)"
Hart has previously expressed her hope to add more members to her family of four. "I adore my boys to pieces! And if that's all God grants me, I'm fine. But I know myself well enough to know that I'm going to want another baby," she told PEOPLE back in 2009. "It's not necessarily that I want girls. It's because I just know I want more babies."
