"The Raven" has unleashed a new trailer, which highlights a hell-raising scene as Alice Eve is buried alive. In the sneak-peek video, Eve's Emily Hamilton is smothered and left unconscious by an unknown man. When she wakes up, she finds out that she's already placed in a narrow and dark cabin. As soon as she realizes she's buried alive in a coffin, the lady starts to have a panic attack.

Eve recently shared to Access Hollywood about filming the scary coffin scene in the Gothic thriller. "I definitely was claustrophobic. When they first put me in the coffin and they nailed the lid down, all the air went out of the coffin and I panicked," said the actress. "And then I had to learn there's only so much oxygen in a confined space and you have to sip the air...which is a good tip."

"The Ravens" follows John Cusack's Edgar Allan Poe and his partner Luke Evans' Emmet Field as they're engaged in a deadly cat-and-mouse game with a sadistic serial killer. Their journey starts when a mother and daughter are found brutally slaughtered in 19th century Baltimore. Fields discovers that the crime resembles a fictional murder described in gory details in the local newspaper-part of a collection of stories written by Poe, who is a struggling author.

Realizing a serial killer is on the loose using Poe's writings as the backdrop for his bloody rampage, Fields enlists the author's help in stopping the attacks. However, when it appears someone close to Poe may become the killer's next victim, the stakes become even higher and the inventor of the detective story calls on his own powers of deduction to try to solve the case before it's too late.

Directed by James McTeigue, "The Ravens" will make its way out onto the U.S. theaters on April 27.
