The freshly released image from the Oliver Stone film sees Del Toro's villainous character puffing a pot smoke from his mouth right into Lively, who looks messy as she is held captive by the bad guy.

AceShowbiz - The first look at Oliver Stone's upcoming all-star crime drama, "Savages", has been unveiled. The photo features Benicio Del Toro blowing what seems to be marijuana smoke into Blake Lively's face in a menacing way. Lively is seemingly taken hostage by Del Toro, who plays drug cartel in the film, as she is featured looking rather flustered.

The movie follows two friends, played by Aaron Johnson and Taylor Kitsch, from Laguna Beach who share the same girlfriend (Lively). They are also working together to distribute the best-quality pot on the planet.

When they resist being muscled by a Mexican drug mafia (Del Toro), the girl is kidnapped and the ransom is every cent they've made for the last five years. The two buddies finally agree to pay but hatch an alternate plan to get their girlfriend back, get revenge, and then get lost.

While three-time Oscar winner Oliver Stone serves as the director, Shane Salerno and Don Winslow team up to pen the script. Winslow is the author of the original "Savages" book, who has received critical acclaims and described as a "startling bid for attention" by critics.

Additionally, the upcoming movie is supported by a set of notable actors. They include the likes of Uma Thurman, John Travolta, Salma Hayek, Emile Hirsch and Demian Bichir among others. Universal Pictures has scheduled to release the film in theaters across the U.S. on September 28.
