Video Premiere: Beach Boys' 'Heroes and Villains' From 'Smile Sessions'
Music

The Beach Boys celebrate the release of 'Smile Sessions' by taking their fans to some unimaginable places in the music video.

The Beach Boys' music video for their single "Heroes and Villains" has hit the web. It features animated scenes which focus on an eventful journey of the band's members as they visit various places including enjoying a night in a bar full of skeleton guys.

"Heroes and Villains" is taken from Beach Boys' long-unreleased album "The Smile Sessions". Initiated by Brian Wilson as a follow-up for their 1966's "Pet Sounds", the album was recorded throughout 1966 and 1967, but never completed until it's resurrected in 2003. A year later, a newly recorded version was released by Wilson under the title of "SMILE".

The 2011 version, which has come out in the United States on November 1, features its original recordings along with session highlights and outtakes.
